I had lunch with a colleague today, and as we discussed some work ideas, the conversation turned toward me and my future. What did I want? What did I hope to do with my life?

I was honest. I want to write. I want to impact people. I want to teach people how to get unstuck from their mental prisons.

In short, I want to help people like me.
